In Person
Participants/Students: The registration includes the conference material, access to plenary sessions, workshops and poster presentations, welcome reception, conference dinner, coffee breaks, light lunches and an excursion.
Accompanying persons: The registration includes the welcome reception, conference dinner and an excursion.
Online
Online option offers full access to plenary sessions, workshops, and poster view and the opportunity to give your presentation live using the conference platform.
It is the policy of the PRE XV conference that there should be at least one registration per submitted paper. Although, if a participant wishes to submit and present two papers, he/she could do that with a single registration. If one participant wishes to present any additional paper, then an extra fee of 50 Euros must be paid for every additional paper. This does not apply for student registrations.
Student Rate Requirements and Qualifications: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.
All Students must present a valid student photo identification that includes an ID number and “Valid Thru” date. Student Identification will be checked onsite at registration. International Student Identification must be presented in Roman alphabet. If an ID is not in this format, students may present a letter from their University on university letterhead as a second form of ID. Failure to produce a valid Student Identification will result in the transfer of the student registration to a regular member or non-member registration category. No exceptions will be made.
